Property Manager With Company Car Included

The Client: 
Renowned for excellence and bringing years of footprint in the Real Estate industry, our client are looking to foster the career of a new Property Manager due to growth. With a bustling office location in Richmond, Friday night drinks are moments from your door step! 

The Role: 

• Portfolio of 130 properties based in the Eastern/South Eastern suburbs
• End to end management with trust accounting provided
• No weekends 
• Will consider training someone from a Leasing or Real Estate Reception background 
• Salary can be flexible, either at $70,000 + super with a COMPANY CAR provided, or $80,000 + super if you'd prefer to use your own car 

About You: 

• Experience working in Real Estate
• Agents Representative Certificate/Certificate IV in Real Estate
• Drivers license
