Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and improve all aspects of Property's information management functions by actively appraising, assessing, and actioning requests from staff to enable a well-governed and robust recordkeeping practice for the Property section.
- Liaise as needed with other teams to provide information on Property section activities and services; and obtain feedback on issues and problems in the business areas. Escalate issues as needed.
- Actively work to understand customers and stakeholders. Engage customers in a friendly and appropriate manner. Show respect for customers and stakeholders.
- Participate as a member of Property's Executive Directorate team by providing quality service to internal stakeholders while demonstrating openness to diversity and supporting practices that enable all individuals to participate to their fullest ability.
- Build a network with other Recordkeeping Business Advisors and peers.
- Demonstrated experience in recordkeeping and information management with a continual learning and development focus.
- Experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and engaging with business areas to embrace change and best practice.
- Experience working flexibly without supervision with the ability to effectively manage new and unexpected events and demonstrate judgement about when to escalate issues.
- Work and Life balance, including “flex time” and flexible work arrangements with hours that suite you and a working from home option.
