Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including ASD, ADHD, and cognitive evaluations.
• Deliver therapy interventions and resources grounded in evidence-based practice, tailored to meet the unique goals of clients and their families.
• Offer support to parents, educators, and allied health professionals, providing insights on evidence-based interventions for cognitive, social, and/or behavioural challenges.
• Collaboratively review progress with clients and families, acknowledging achievements, gathering feedback, and setting new objectives.
• Generate detailed professional reports for funding bodies, showcasing the impactful work being conducted.
• Commit to continuous professional development through daily CPD activities.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology.
• Proven experience in conducting mental health, cognitive, and functional assessments.
• Advanced child and family counselling skills, with a deep understanding of therapeutic interventions suitable for children, young people, and parents.
• Full compliance with professional standards, including AHPRA registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, and First Aid Training.
