About the role
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with general purchasing duties
- Ordering and liaising with suppliers.
- Purchase Order admin and reconciliation duties
- Running weekly and monthly reports through excel
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office suite especially Excel
- Exposure to Smartsheets preferred but not essential
- High attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude
