For E80 Group PTY, we are looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinatormanaging our Spare parts department in Yarraville,Melbourne. 

• Processing of purchase and sales orders
• Processing of import and export documentation
• Stocktaking and transferring of stock
• Being the point of contact for clients regarding orders and updates
• Coordinating between customers, suppliers, logistics partners and team members
• Preparing of various sales reports; and working with management and continuous improvement
• Working in the warehouse (Occasionally lifting boxes 20kg+)

• Experience within logistics is essential
• Competent user of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Knowledge of SAP and SAGE preferrable
• Professional and confident phone manner
• Understanding of tools and technical components

• Attention to detail
• Proactivity and outstanding skills of problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure and to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
• Diligence – persistent focus and concentration to achieve the completion of tasks at hand
• Italian language preferred but not mandatory

• Full-time contract
• Salary based on experience
