About the Position
As Qantas Freight (EFA) embark on fleet enhancements and expansions, theA321/A330 Simulator Instructor is crucial to facilitating a seamless transition. You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive training to our aircrew, ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills necessary to operate these aircraft safely and effectively. This includes conducting type rating, differences, remedial, and recency training sessions, all geared towards maintaining the highest standards of proficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining and updating training materials, procedures, and programs to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will also provide constructive feedback and guidance to aircrew during simulator sessions, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your dedication to excellence and safety will be essential in upholding the high standards that define Qantas Freight (EFA)'s operations.

Brisbane Base (A321)
Melbourne Base (A321/A330)
Sydney Base (A330)
While the A321/A330 Simulator Instructor position is currently Melbourne-based, there are plans to introduce A321 and A330 simulators in Sydney by the end of 2024. With these developments, there is possibility for this role to transition into a Sydney-based opportunity through mutual agreement.
