The Opportunity:
To support their continued growth, ACS are offering the right candidate an exciting opportunity to join the team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing their existing customers exceptional customer service whilst seeking out new growth opportunities throughout Queensland.
The role will suit someone who is highly motivated, has the ability to work autonomously, and with customers from all levels of business, be able to influence decision makers, have a proven track record in developing long term relationships, and have exceptional time management skills.
You will be encouraged to think outside the box to create new initiatives, increase sales and demonstrate that you are solutions focussed, and can push the boundaries to achieve desired outcomes for both the business and the customer.
Your contribution will be highly visible across the organization, and you will feel supported by the whole team.
To make a smooth transition into the role, you will possess:
- Exceptional customer focus, with a passionate value-add attitude.
- Passion for all things automotive.
- Proven ability to operate independently.
- The ability to communicate technical information and a strong mechanical apptitude.
- Passion for selling.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Hold a manual driving licence - you will be selling clutches!
The roles responsibilities include:
- Networking and creating new business opportunities, whilst maintaining and growing existing relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
- Actively support and grow resellers in your territory.
- Develop existing and new reseller customers within the automotive, commercial, and agricultural sectors.
- Conduct product and technical training
- Support industry trade shows and events.
- Provide feedback on local industry developments.
- Be the customer voice to the company.
- Prepared to undertake regular regional travel throughout the territory.
- Reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
