Your new role
As the Quality and Compliance Officer, you will support the overall function of the quality of service and Compliance. Your main duties will include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and associated schedules with a view to maintaining ongoing accreditation preparedness
- Support the development, review and updating of internal documents
- Support the development and adherence to document control processes including maintenance of the Policy and Procedure register
- Analysing data, identifying trends, and writing reports
- Developing effective stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation, including relevant third parties
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience working within compliance, audit, risk and quality frameworks
- Experience in conducting Internal Audits is highly desirable.
- Experience writing policies and procedures and developing processes and systems to support quality improvement
- Understanding of NDIS, HSQF, National Mental Health Standards, Child Safety, and/or Aged Care Quality and practice standards is highly desirable.
- A current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence
- Currently hold a Working with Children card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain prior to commencement)
