Duties and tasks:
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will report into the Project Manager for the construction of a 290MW Solar Farm.
Some duties include (but not limited to):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance program specific to electrical installations on the solar farm project.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of all electrical work to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant codes, and standards.
- Establish and maintain documentation for quality control processes, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Provide training and guidance to project personnel on Quality Assurance procedures and best practices.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in a similar Quality Assurance role within the construction industry, preferably on large-scale projects such as solar farms
- In-depth knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Well established and reputable Electrical Contractor within the Renewables space
- Large scale project exposure
