The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has become available for a dedicated and motivated person to lead our quality team as a Full-time PermanentQuality Control Manager.
With LPR’s strong focus on team culture, and product quality; the role can be fast paced so we require you to be “Fit for Work” to ensure you become an integral part of the team.
You and your team, work alongside each other in the office during the hours of 6.45am to 3.30pm Mon to Thu, 6.45am to 11.45am Fri.
To be successful in this role you must have experience with TGA, GMP and ISO compliance, have a hands-on approach and a reliable work ethic. Ideally you will have gained your experience in either the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or medical devices industry.

The Duties
Your duties may include but not limited to:
- Leading a small self-motivated team
- Ensuring quality systems are in line with current Therapeutic Goods Administration and Good Manufacture Practice standards
- Writing validations protocols, reviewing protocols, and conducting validations
- Identifying and investigating non-conformances/deviations
- Raising, reviewing, CAPA for NCRs
- Sending samples to labs for testing
- Biotest lab results-routine results and PE/ongoing stability
- Maintaining calibrations and validations on equipment
- Conducting internal/external audits with team
- Maintaining standards of Intellectual Property practice on site
You will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Have experience in TGA, GMP and ISO compliance
- Have experience in either food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or medical devices industries
- Degree in science (preferred but not necessary)
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must have own transport to/from work
- Full rights to work in Australia
