About the Role:
As our Quality Manager, you will oversee the quality of all products and processes in our manufacturing operations. You will develop and maintain quality assurance systems to exceed industry standards and customer expectations. Your role includes conducting regular audits, driving continuous improvement, addressing customer feedback, resolving quality issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate across departments to enhance quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement
- Handle non-conformance and warranty procedures, ensuring swift resolution of issues
- Implement and maintain ISO systems
- Collaborate with teams on new product development, production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure quality at all stages
- Oversee environmental monitoring and reporting
- Prepare detailed quality performance reports and maintain compliance records
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant Engineering tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing facility
- Previous ownership of ISO integrated management systems, specifically ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001)
- Audit experience of ISO integrated management systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to confidently convey ideas, thoughts and best practice information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, on multiple deadlines, with conflicting priorities while remaining resilient
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Experience in an ERP (ie Dynamics preferable, but not essential)
