About the Role:
- Permanent Part-time role for 4 days per week, 64 hours per fortnight.
- Potential opportunity to change to Full-time in the future.
- Travel is required as part of the job.
To meet and exceed Aged Care Quality Standards, all regulatory compliance frameworks and customer-perceived service quality across all ANHF service platforms by
- Plan, develop, and implement a robust quality, risk, and Compliance framework across all service platform
- Quality analysis and reporting to facilitate an evidence-based approach to continuous improvement
- Drive and integrate continuous quality improvement practices into all ANHF service deliveries
- Provide support in external accreditation/certification and internal quality audits
- Support workforce competency development
- Ensure all staff are educated on organisational policies and procedures relevant to the service in which they work
The Requirements:
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical and/or quality management in aged care
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy including knowledge and competency in basic Microsoft applications, and PowerPoint Presentations.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of WH&S, EEO, and anti-discrimination legislative requirements.
- Excellent presentation and report-writing skills.
- Current full driver’s license.
- National Police Clearance.
- Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency.
Desirable:
- Experience in workforce development.
- Attained Certificate IV Trainer and Assessor qualification
- Experience in working with culturally and Linguistically Diverse populations.
- Speak fluent Cantonese and/or Mandarin
