Quality, Risk And Compliance Officer

About the Role:

• Permanent Part-time role for 4 days per week, 64 hours per fortnight. 
• Potential opportunity to change to Full-time in the future.
• Travel is required as part of the job.

To meet and exceed Aged Care Quality Standards, all regulatory compliance frameworks and customer-perceived service quality across all ANHF service platforms by 

• Plan, develop, and implement a robust quality, risk, and Compliance framework across all service platform
• Quality analysis and reporting to facilitate an evidence-based approach to continuous improvement
• Drive and integrate continuous quality improvement practices into all ANHF service deliveries
• Provide support in external accreditation/certification and internal quality audits
• Support workforce competency development
• Ensure all staff are educated on organisational policies and procedures relevant to the service in which they work

The Requirements: 

Essential: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical and/or quality management in aged care 
• Current Registration with AHPRA
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Computer literacy including knowledge and competency in basic Microsoft applications, and PowerPoint Presentations. 
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of WH&S, EEO, and anti-discrimination legislative requirements. 
• Excellent presentation and report-writing skills. 
• Current full driver’s license. 
• National Police Clearance. 
• Australian Citizenship / Permanent Residency. 

Desirable: 

• Experience in workforce development. 
• Attained Certificate IV Trainer and Assessor qualification
• Experience in working with culturally and Linguistically Diverse populations. 
• Speak fluent Cantonese and/or Mandarin
