We’re Re, an agency working at the intersection of brand and experience design. We create brands that connect with culture, customers and colleagues. We help brands do this by combining data science, design thinking and creative magic.
Founded in Sydney in 2009, and part of the M&C Saatchi Group, Re is now in London, New York and Shanghai. Our Australian team is made up of over 60 diverse thinkers and makers, from consultants to copywriters to coders.

The Opportunity:
As an Account Director you are an ambassador for the agency. On a daily basis, you’ll lead relationships with the client and internally at the agency. You’ll be expected to demonstrate a strong point of view on all facets of the work – across strategy, design and implementation - and strive to create a positive and energetic environment that enables your team to make the best work. You’ll lead and guide your team of junior Client Service professionals in executing projects, managing flow of work through the studio with your client counterpart.
In your role, you’ll be setting the standard that everyone looks up to. You’ll be expected to show an aptitude for spotting new business opportunities from existing accounts and demonstrate insight for how the business can grow.
When it comes to client relationships, you’ll be expected to cement already strong relationships with our clients’ Marketing teams.
A snapshot of what you'll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all client contacts, from Manager to Head Of level.
- Lead the day-to-day running of the account, managing workloads of your team and within the studio, demonstrating an assertiveness to manage client expectations and business requirements
- Robust and timely management of financial admin including opening of job numbers, and tracking head hours/profitability against each. Setting and enforcing the gold standard with your Client Service team
- Collaboratively work with the Client Service Director to spot new revenue opportunities

Your ideal experience:
- Experience as an Account Director in a brand agency is a must
- Proven experience on retail clients is highly preferred
