- Dealing with contractors
- Handling calls and delegating to the appropriate person
- Database management
- Assist with listing processing and prep work – uploading properties onto the web
- Prepare marketing material if required
- Property management admin (lease renewals, management authorities, invoice entry,
- Dealing with key register
- Opening and closing office
- Filtering website enquiry
- Previous Real Estate experience is ESSENTIAL
- Accountability to deliver high-level customer service
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Must have fantastic presentation
