Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutual beneficial agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and market trends.
- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documents to clients.
Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate license or certificate of registration.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Proven experience in the Real Estate and/or sales industry.
- Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
