Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Database and CRM management
- Booking open homes and other inspections
- Open and auction home preparation
- Attending valuations, inspections and buyer appointments
- Following compliance procedures
- Coordinating client bookings, team calendars and meetings
- Teamwork and understand team goals
- Consistently demonstrate a learning and growth mindset
- Attending meetings with photographers, stylists and tradespeople
- Client relationships and management
- Conducting pre-settlements inspections
- Social media content preparation
- Managing and preparing marketing campaigns for residential and project listings
- Letterbox dropping and or co-ordinating contractors
- Coordinating bank valuations, building inspections and EER inspections (when required)
- Preparing marketing materials of properties
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- High level of self-discipline and self-motivation
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Immaculate personal presentation
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel spreadsheets, along with the ability to learn technical proficiency in various software systems
- Current ACT Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
- Positive mindset, target driven, well-organised nature
- Strong communication skills and relationship building skills
- Optional attendance of auctions and open homes
- Work closely with the Tom Wiggins to ensure daily tasks are achieved
Note: Experience within the industry would be highly advantageous however not necessary as this opportunity can be taken as a chance for the right candidate to learn and grow!
