We are seeking candidates who demonstrate initiative, drive for continual improvement, and a willingness to positively contribute to our workplace culture, embodying a friendly, outgoing, and energetic approach to life.
In this Monday to Friday position, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk and providing general administrative support while fostering strong relationships with all team members, stakeholders, and potential clients.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years experience in a Reception/Admin Assistant role
- Exceptional customer service ability
- The ability to utilise and foster the use of technology and to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Willingness to actively contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Previous exposure to a Customer Service CRM system
- Drivers Licence
