We are on the lookout for a vibrant new Talker to join our Client Care Team. You will be the first point of contact for our amazing clients and their families and will be responsible for positively shaping the interaction that clients have with the clinic, ensuring that you provide excellent customer service through all means of communication. You will also look after a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operations of the office.
This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity at our Birkdale Clinic. Our welcoming Clinic has a fresh and positive vibe and is filled with wonderful clinicians who are passionate about what they do. So, come and join us…. there is also a coffee machine and fully stocked snack bar to enjoy!

Key Responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and thorough information to clients about our programs and services
- Resolving client issues and complaints with empathy and a problem-solving mindset
- Documenting and tracking client interactions and providing timely updates to clients as needed
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible experience
