Tasks & responsibilities
- Handling inbound telephone and email inquiries.
- Dealing with customer inquiries
- Data entry of delivery dockets
- General administrative duties
- Assisting with export documentation and administrations
- ADHOC tasks assigned by our Accountant and General Manager
- Dealing with customer inquiries
- Data entry of delivery dockets
- General administrative duties
- Assisting with front office administration as required
