Direct Care Resources, a leading SE Queensland disability service provider requires a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to support our team.

We endeavour to deliver client-focused service and, through providing a high level of personal care, aim to be recognised as a provider of choice by current and potential clients, their families and government agencies both locally and nationally.
We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Receptionist to join our team at Direct Care Resources. We require a person with strong team commitment who is willing to take on additional tasks to adapt to an exciting and dynamic work environment.
Duties:
- Answering phone calls and enquiries to members of staff and clients
- Ensuring that all guests sign in/out via SwipedOn
- Handling post and courier requests
- Organising and setting up meeting rooms
- Handling of all deliveries (e.g. stationery orders, office requirements, etc)
- Use of system applications such as Office 365 (incl. Teams and Sharepoint), CRM/CMS, SwipedOn, and My Message Media
- Maintaining the staff kitchenette and re-stocking pantry essentials
- Assisting in entering and maintaining data into DCR's management system
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required

- IMMEDIATE availability necessary
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Demonstrated intermediate level of competence in the utilisation of Microsoft Office Suite - Possession of or willingness to apply and qualify for a ‘Positive Notice for Child Related Employment’ (Blue Card) issued by the Commission for Children, Young people and the Child Guardian.
- Possession of or willingness to apply and qualify for an NDIS Worker Screening Check issued by NDIS Commission.
