About the Role
NTAW is seeking a full time receptionist to round out our efficient executive and admin support team. Based out of our new offices in Hamilton, this role will be responsible for providing professional and efficient front of house support to our reception desk, along with back-of-house administrative support. No day will ever be the same in this role, with some of your duties including;
- Managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors
- High level phone management
- Liaising with the sales, finance and contact centre teams to manage overflow and assist our various callers and administrative processing
- Administrative support for purchasing, invoices and credit card expenses
- Coordinating site events, including lunches, functions and celebrations
- Liaising with building management to maintain our beautiful office environment, including management of supplies and staff amenities
- All inclusive travel bookings and other general administrative duties for our executive team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will;
- Offer a calm, composed and welcoming manner, within a fast-paced environment and changing priorities
- Thrive under pressure, with a high attention to detail
- Have customer service skills second-to-none
- Have some Microsoft suite experience and general tech savvy
