About the Role:
A very exciting opportunity has opened to join the Synergy team in a Receptionist role. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our successful team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients
- Answering and directing calls
- Booking appointments
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Stationery and kitchen maintenance
- Scanning and filing
- Maintaining client database
- General administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong technical and soft skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
