We are currently seeking a Receptionist interested in learning new skills and building a career to join our team operating out of Karratha, WA.
Job Description:
· Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to appropriate person
· Answer telephone calls and deal with all calls appropriately
· Maintain a proper filing system
· Keep office area including equipment, i.e. photocopier etc in clean condition
· Scanning and filing of records and reports
· Assisting Service Supervisor with raising of PO's
· Sorting and distributing mail
· Processing time sheets
· Data entry
· Archiving
· Planning & scheduling jobs
· Processing Supplier invoices
· Raising Customer invoices
· Create and convert quotes to jobs
· Book staff trainings, vehicle maintenance and other services
· Generate weekly and monthly reports
· Assist with the efficient operation of the office and perform various tasks for the Service Team
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $40 - $50 per hour
