Receptionist

EILBECK CRANES is a 100% Australian owned company operating in Australia for over 110 years specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of all types of overhead cranes, hoists and winches.

EILBECK CRANES provides inspection, service and repairs for major customers in the Karratha area and surrounds.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist interested in learning new skills and building a career to join our team operating out of Karratha, WA.

Job Description:

·         Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to appropriate person

·         Answer telephone calls and deal with all calls appropriately

·         Maintain a proper filing system

·         Keep office area including equipment, i.e. photocopier etc in clean condition

·         Scanning and filing of records and reports

·         Assisting Service Supervisor with raising of PO's

·         Sorting and distributing mail

·         Processing time sheets

·         Data entry

·         Archiving

·         Planning & scheduling jobs

·         Processing Supplier invoices

·         Raising Customer invoices

·         Create and convert quotes to jobs

·         Book staff trainings, vehicle maintenance and other services

·         Generate weekly and monthly reports

·     Assist with the efficient operation of the office and perform various tasks for the Service Team

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $40 - $50 per hour
