We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our head office in Belmont.
The Role:
Being the face of the company and the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for managing the busy reception desk.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phone calls in a professional and prompt manner
- Create a friendly and welcoming first impression of the business
- Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in and assisting with any queries
- Data entry
- Assisting Recruitment Consultants with admin tasks
- Managing email enquiries
- Maintaining a well-presented, professional reception area
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Sorting and distribution of mail
- Scanning, photocopying and printing documents
- General administration as required
Essential Criteria:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic receptionist who is passionate about what they do. Having previous reception experience within a professional services environment, you will also demonstrate:
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required
- Professional and corporate presentation
