Receptionist
Join the growing Administration Team, based in Brisbane's Inner Norther Suburbs, with parking avaliable onsite. Work directly with the CEO to provide secretarial support, including:
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Provide secretarial support directly to the CEO
- Email management
- Document control
- Ad hoc administrative support as required

What are we looking for?
The successful candidate for this position will be highly organised, process driven and meticulous in their work output. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident in their communication skills and enjoy working as an integral part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for your success in this role, you will also demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in a Reception or administrative role - essential
- Previous experience within the Construction or Trades Industries - highly regarded
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with the ability to plan and prioritise whilst working to tight deadlines
- Confidence working onsite, and communicating with clients and staff at all levels in a clear and concise manner
- Process driven, professional attitude and strong work ethic
