We are now seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team.
The Role
- Provide a welcoming reception by greeting clients as they arrive for appointments
- Manage incoming calls
- Ensure the office is maintained to a high level of presentation
- Responding to enquiry emails
- General Office Duties
- Administration support as required
- Making client coffees as requested
Requirements
- Professional phone manner
- Good at multitasking
- Good Organisational skills and able to work to a structured system
- Well-presented and professional
- Outgoing personality
- Proactive and the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
