We are now seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team.

The Role

• Provide a welcoming reception by greeting clients as they arrive for appointments
• Manage incoming calls 
• Ensure the office is maintained to a high level of presentation
• Responding to enquiry emails
• General Office Duties 
• Administration support as required
• Making client coffees as requested

Requirements

• Professional phone manner 
• Good at multitasking 
• Good Organisational skills and able to work to a structured system 
• Well-presented and professional
• Outgoing personality
• Proactive and the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
