Permanent - part time opportunity based in Woolloongabba, Brisbane!

Responsibilities:

• Present a professional and personable first point of contact for clients, creditors, tenants and other stakeholders
• Customer service oriented with the ability to deliver effective communication in all incoming and outgoing enquiries, as well as accurate and timely relay of messages to team members.
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
• Co-ordination of appointments, inspections, and events
• Enthusiastic support of team members by assisting with daily administrative tasks as needed
• Organise marketing and maintain channels – print, website, social media and any other marketing as required
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and computers
• Maintain the general office filing system

Skills required:

• Basic reception experience is preferred 
• Adaptable, eager and adept at learning new skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English and excellent interpersonal skills 
• A proactive and positive approach with the team environment, contributing to improvements, growth and development
• Ambition to complete cert IV Property services (includes registration certificate) as part of a traineeship is a desirable option
