Permanent - part time opportunity based in Woolloongabba, Brisbane!
Responsibilities:
- Present a professional and personable first point of contact for clients, creditors, tenants and other stakeholders
- Customer service oriented with the ability to deliver effective communication in all incoming and outgoing enquiries, as well as accurate and timely relay of messages to team members.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Co-ordination of appointments, inspections, and events
- Enthusiastic support of team members by assisting with daily administrative tasks as needed
- Organise marketing and maintain channels – print, website, social media and any other marketing as required
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and computers
- Maintain the general office filing system
Skills required:
- Basic reception experience is preferred
- Adaptable, eager and adept at learning new skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English and excellent interpersonal skills
- A proactive and positive approach with the team environment, contributing to improvements, growth and development
- Ambition to complete cert IV Property services (includes registration certificate) as part of a traineeship is a desirable option
