CSL Limited is a Global Biotech leader who develops and provides life saving therapies around the world.

CSL’s Melbourne HQ requires an experienced receptionist for a 12 month contract position.

Located on Elizabeth st, the hours are 7.6/day, starting at 7am. You will be working autonomously form 7-9am and then within a small team.

You would play a vital role as the face of CSL Limited at main reception, and ensuring visitors and VIPs are greeted and directed appropriately, following security protocol.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the shared site calendar for visibility of all VIP visitors & Event/Tour groups on the CSL Melbourne site
  • Working closely with customers, senior stakeholders across CSL Melbourne, as well as within corporate, R&D and the CSL Behring global network.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and manage purchase orders as required
  • Responsible for updating content on CSL webpages, as directed
  • Meet and greet our visitors to CSL Melbourne HQ and direct them appropriately; notifying company personnel of visitor arrival; following security protocol.
  • Efficient with tasks and managing the administration area including filing, printing, and controlled document preparation into CSL systems.
The Receptionist will also need to stay strongly connected to the Communications department to ensure the success of initiatives, which change the way business activities are conducted at CSL Melbourne.

What you will have:
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a similar reception/administration role is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of customer service and a commitment to effectively meet and their needs in a helpful and professional manner
  • Clear communication skills in written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail, Innovation and solutions focussed
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills with an emphasis on delivering a high level of customer service required
