VIBRANT RECEPTIONIST WANTED!
All Star Therapies is looking for a receptionist to join our growing team! You will work collaboratively with the team to provide high quality services and support to our clients and their families. The role will see you managing a busy reception, welcoming patients to the clinic, and supporting our clinicians to deliver quality support to the Midwest and Gascoyne communities.
Ideal candidate criteria:
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage
- Certificate in Customer Service, Administration, or similar (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to multitask and prioritise, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Be eligible for an NDIS worker clearance and Working With Children Check
- Strong computer skills - use of Outlook, Google Docs, Sheets and Drive
This position is currently 20 hours per week (preferably 12-5pm Monday to Thursday), however has the potential to extend to full time in the future. Preferred start date is mid April.
