Seeking experienced receptionist to join our dynamic orthodontic team on the Northside of Brisbane (Strathpine/Ferny Grove).
Part Time/Casual 4 days approx. 34 hours per week.
Perfect work/life balance with a Thursday off. No weekends or late nights
Our specialist orthodontic practice is looking for a new star to join our team.
~Minimum 2 years experience in dental or medical reception is essential.
~Bonus if you have had previous clinical assisting experience.

About the role:
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties-
First point of contact with patients in the waiting room. Checking in and out. Booking appointments.
Taking payments using EFTPOS, HICAPS and DENTICARE.
Confident in answering the phone and handling patient enquiries.
General running of the front desk – coordinating patient flow.
Helping out when required in the clinic.
About you:
Our successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge.
~Recent experience in dental or medical reception
~Exceptional personal, time management and communication skills and be able to connect with patients and understand their needs.
~Warm and caring personality.
~General computer knowledge such as WORD, EXCEL, DOLPHIN, SIDEXIS, DROPBOX, HICAPS, EFTPOS.
~Well-presented and take pride in your work.
~Experience required however on-site training will be provided in the running of our practice.
