Segafredo Zanetti Australia is seeking an experienced office all-rounder to joins it dynamic, young team. This exciting full-time permanent position would include the following key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the relevant staff member
- Calling clients for regular orders
- Generating invoices
- Arranging order dispatch and logistics
- Assisting clients with account enquiries
- EOW Banking
- General office duties
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in reception and order entry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Some knowledge of MYOB or SAP
- A friendly, team-orientated outlook
