THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, at our Noosa Office.
THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Greeting our visitors and clients, and offering/preparing refreshments
- Answering/transferring phone calls and taking detailed messages
- Collection and distribution of mail daily
- Setting up new client files and sending initial letters
- Provide administration and legal admin support
- General office cleaning, including meeting room, emptying bins etc
- Out of office errands i.e local deliveries, court filing, banking, office supplies
- Processing payments
- Liaise with clients and other professionals
- Maintain all stationery requirements
- Scanning and filing documents
- Organise appointments for clients and team members
- Assisting in the preparation of briefs, court documents etc
- Plus any other ad hoc tasks that may be required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have current drivers licence
