Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures
✅ Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
✅ Collect and update patient information accurately
✅ Verify insurance information and handle billing tasks efficiently
✅ Maintain a clean and organised reception area
✅ Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
✅ Handle administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
Qualifications:
🔹 Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
🔹 Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
🔹 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
🔹 Excellent communication and customer service skills
🔹 Proficiency in using medical software and office equipment
🔹 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
