Essence of the Role
- Professional and upbeat customer service;
- Greeting and assisting all visitors;
- Phone line management;
- Email filtering and management;
- Mail collection and dispatch;
- Processing invoices and daily banking;
- Taking meeting minutes;
- Assistance to the sales administrator with sales-related tasks;
- Assistance to the property manager with property management-related tasks; and,
- General office upkeep with stationary stock levels and presentation.
Sought-After Qualities
- Confidence in answering phone calls and addressing visitors;
- Completion of Year 12;
- A reliable method of transport to work;
- The ability to work independently and within a team setting;
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Real Estate Experience will be highly desirable
- Personable and positive outlook;
- Neat and professional presentation; and,
- Excellent retention and willingness to learn.
