The Role:
As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping our members' experiences. Your welcoming smile, energetic personality, and bubbly demeanour will set the tone for an empowering visit. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied environment, with the flexibility to cover different shifts and responsibilities.
Hours:
Your hours will vary, including early mornings and evenings:
- 4:30 AM - 7:30 AM
- 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk duties, including answering phones, responding to enquiries, cleaning duties, and assisting the class runner.
- Provide administrative support, including file management, data entry, and correspondence.
- Step in as a childminder or assist with administrative tasks as needed for personal/holiday cover.
- Engage with our community on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to promote our message and events.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative or reception roles.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Possession of a valid Blue Card.
- Experience with social media and content creation.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to work flexibly across different shifts.
