Job Details:
We have a Casual Receptionist position available. The right candidate must be a customer service super star and be available mornings, evenings and some weekends.
Daily Tasks:
- Meet and greet members by name
- Data entry
- Handling membership inquiries and sales
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Gym tidies and general cleaning
Individual requirements:
- Have a fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- Help maintain a positive and community- based environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well presented
- Be able to solve problems quickly
- Great time management
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of excel
- Great phone manner
