Front Desk Receptionist.
Do you have the presentation and customer service skills to be the face of our Business?
Aussie Windscreens Canberra has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis. 38 hours a week. We are happy to work with the correct person around these hours.
Integral to this position will be managing the effective and efficient communication flow between our customers, suppliers and employees.
The ideal person will have a natural ability to engage with people with a smile, consistently providing a friendly, helpful and professional experience to all contact points.
Administration and processing functions is also part of this role and multitasking will be regular.
The key requirements for the role include:
Xero/Servicem8 Experience - Preferred but not Essential.
Superior telephone communications and customer service skills.
Ability to pick up electronic and manual administrative systems quickly
Excellent telephone systems skills
Professional presentation.
