About the Role

TCWA are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our supportive Forrestfield dealership working 2 days a week Thursday and Friday 8am to 5pm. This key role will require someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and can provide administrative support while building strong relationships and enhancing TCWA’s professional image with key stakeholders.

This autonomous position will see you responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Provide support to the sales admin team by assisting in the co-ordination of the new truck sales from order to delivery.
• Manage the front reception including greeting visitors, using the switchboard to answer and transfer calls and responding to emails.
• Completing the licensing and paperwork of vehicles.
• Maintain a high standard of the front reception area.
• Assisting with month end processes and ad hoc reports.
• Administer and maintain company customer records.
• Providing administrative support to the Sales Manager.

• Previous exposure and experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Current Driver's License & reliable vehicle.
