About the opportunity:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist who is passionate about customer service and being part of a dynamic and high-performing team. Our Receptionist holds a very important role within the team and is the first point of contact for our valued customers and the “Face and Voice” of our business.
This role is a full time, Monday – Friday position.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming face for our customers by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately;
- Maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service;
- Answering a high volume of telephone calls promptly with a professional telephone manner
- Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership;
- Enquiry/Lead Management;
- Maintenance of Dealership databases;
- Management of Customer Lounge area, ensuring our customers have well presented and fully stocked facilities
About you:
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist or customer-facing role
- A positive and “can do” work ethic
- Professional presentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
