We are looking for a mature and reliable Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the team at our office in The Gap.

Your duties and responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls on the main office line
- Greeting clients upon arrival for meetings
- Manage meeting reminders for clients and staff
- Maintain boardroom and meeting rooms
- Collecting and sorting incoming mail on a daily basis
- Preparing outgoing mail as required
- Maintaining kitchen area
- Ad hoc overflow administration tasks
Required experience and skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ reception experience in professional services office (i.e., accounting, legal, medical)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using Xero Practice Manager (preferred, but not essential)
- Knowledge of accounting/tax terminology (preferred, but not essential)
It is essential that candidates:
- Work well as part of a team
- Be reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Have a great work ethic
