We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our busy team located in Hope Valley for an immediate start, on a full-time basis..
This is a great opportunity for the right person who is willing to learn and gain valuable experience in the Steel / Construction industry. Steel knowledge will be highly regarded.
Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- General office duties
- Following up queries by working with other departments and customers
- Front desk duties, including greeting clients, being the first point of contact for all phone enquiries and collecting and distributing mail and faxes
- Data entry of production orders and run sheets
- Filing, printing and other administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- A friendly and professional phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Accurate data entry & calculations
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
- Reliable and punctual
