The current role is a part time, 3 day a week position with the hope this grows into a full time position in the coming year.
As a Receptionist / Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- General reception duties including phones
- Booking and managing client appointments
- Client Mail
- Document collations
- Scanning & Filing
- Preparation of Client Engagements Proposals
- ASIC Annual Reviews & Register Maintenance
- Database Maintenance (Create, edit & maintain XPM client profiles)
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
- Office Shopping
- Assistance to Practice Manager on workflow management and tracking
- Assistance to Managing Partner on client matters as required

To be successful in this role, Candidates should possess the following attributes:
- 3+ years administration office/practice experience working with some level of autonomy (advantageous but not a necessity)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both oral and written) to be able to interact positively with a variety of people.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and discretion.
- Solid level of computer literacy in MS Office
- Strong teamwork skills, with experience working towards team goals and KPIs
