Job Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify patient information and collect payments
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception and clinic area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and patient record management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and complete to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
