Your next role?

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, nurturing and efficient Receptionist to join our Adelaide Campus team on a casual basis working across our day and night school, usually around 10-15 hours per week.

While no two days are the same, some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Representing and championing The French Beauty Academy - on the phones and with all front of house and campus management duties
• Greeting and ensuring smooth flow of student models attending training treatments with our students
• Providing exceptional customer service
• General reception and administration duties - mail, invoicing, filing, groceries, data entry, campus presentation
• Managing ordering and maintenance of inventory
• Assisting the wider team where required

Required Attributes 

• Reception and/or customer service experience in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts 8:00am-9:00pm Monday to Friday
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - including an exceptional phone manner
• A passion for customer service and providing assistance to the wider team
• Strong computer literacy skills
• An ability to develop, nurture and manage positive working relationships and deliver excellent client service with both internal and external clients
• A demonstrated ability to manage a range of tasks and effectively prioritise competing demands
• Self-motivated with proven ability to problem solve and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent process-oriented organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in beauty, luxury brands or education will be highly regarded.
