The CompanyOur client is a highly regarded mid-tier accounting practice and they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of the business.
 
Your duties may include:
  • Answering phone calls & transferring multi line phone
  • Calendar management
  • Meeting & Greeting clients
  • Maintaining Boardroom meetings
  • Catering
  • All incoming and outgoing mail & Auspost orders
  • Organising couriers
  • ATO correspondence
  • Adhoc administration tasks
  • MYOB data entry as required
  • MYOB AE - intermediate to high level of understanding
  • Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint - intermediate to high level of understanding
About You
  • 1 + years’ experience in public practice accounting is essential 
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy and the ability to pick up new systems
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
