More about the role…
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all documents, records, resources and information pertaining to the Human Resources department and employees of the BCEC.
• Act as Front Desk/Receptionist team member attending to all visitors to the Human Resources Department and where possible, advise HR team of awaiting appointments and visitors; answer all incoming telephone calls routing as appropriate, responding to enquiries as necessary including but not limited to job vacancy enquiries, training programs, BCEC related enquiries, RSVPs for training and functions and follow up action as requested.
• Maintain accurate and confidential up to date files in the HRIS, ensuring filing is up to date.
• Provide general office duties such as but not limited to typing, filing, photocopying, organising couriers and scheduling of appointments.
