Our client, a Medical Practice located within Joondalup Health Campus, is seeking a well organised and friendly Receptionist who excels in medical customer service to join their team.Days and hours (non-negotiable):
- Monday - 9.30am - 12.30pm
- Tuesday - 8.00am - 12.30pm
- Greeting patients and booking appointments
- Processing eftpos payments
- Data entry using GENTU
- General administration as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent presentation
- Demonstrated experience working as a Receptionist
- A high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent computer skills - GENTU software desirable
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Training will be provided for the right candidate. This is an ongoing casual position working every Monday and Tuesday.
