As our team continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and mature-minded Receptionist to join the amazing Morley Orthodontic Centre over a 9-day fortnight. No evenings or weekends.

The key to succeeding in this position is having exceptional communication and front of office skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines Current or recent experience as a receptionist will be advantageous and highly regarded.
The position requires you to convey a positive image of our practice through excellent communication and customer service skills, to ensure an ideal patient experience is provided.
Your job responsibilities will be varied and include:
- Managing inbound and outbound phone calls promptly, professionally, and politely
- Face-to-face patient interaction, including booking appointments, answering queries and dispute resolution
- Banking and finance duties, including Excel spreadsheets
- Confident using computer systems and competent in Microsoft Office
- General administration duties as required
Essential Skills and Experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- The ability to work independently with a very high attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly nature
- Willingness to work at all practice locations
