Lower North Shore based real estate agency - Monday to Friday administration role based on reception - Hand over and onboarding provided

A little bit about the company:

Our client is a multi-award winning and reputable franchise agency based on the beautiful Lower North Shore of Sydney. This business is known for their team culture, low staff turnover and incredible training and development opportunities. After an internal promotion this agency is looking for a new team member to join the administration department to manage front of house and support two sales agents with administration and marketing tasks. Set in a beautiful office, amongst cafes, close to major bus stop and stunning décor this is a group you can proudly align your career with.

What will you be doing in this role:

Based on reception and supporting a small sales team you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls and guests visiting the office. This role will see you learn the entire sales admin process so you can step off reception in the future and work with the administration and marketing team.
  • Answer all inbound calls, direct or take messages
  • Greet guests, set up meeting rooms
  • Arrange refreshments for guests
  • Upload and withdraw properties from website
  • Issue keys and hand over of documents to clients
  • Draft agency agreements and prepare proposals
  • Prepare on home and auction packs
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Keep reception and the meeting areas tidy at all times
  • Manage in and outgoing mail, book couriers

The right candidate will have:
  • A current certificate of registration or willing to obtain
  • 12 months experience in reception or customer facing role
  • Sharp presentation as you will be the face of the business
  • The ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks
  • A professional and friendly phone manner
  • The eagerness to learn and progress with this business
  • Proficient with MS Office 365
  • Full Australian work rights
