This is a great, entry-level opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team.

The Role
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team.  Based on Reception, you will be a friendly, enthusiastic team player, and the first point of contact for our clients. Operating a busy switch board, you will also provide help with Property Management administration.  
 
The duties include but are not limited to:

•  Greet clients and provide a high level of customer service
• Answer and direct incoming calls 
• Respond to email leasing enquiries
• Assist with processing tenancy applications 
• Provide administrative support to Property Manager's
• Handling of keys 
• Petty cash handling
• Ordering of supplies and stationery 

This role is full-time, requiring 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be well-presented, have a willingness to learn, excellent verbal and written communication and good knowledge of social media marketing.
